    Update 1/14/2016 evening:

Tracker123 - Texas chili for Thursday, crawfish etouffee for Friday, alligator for the Saturday fry (will also have a bag of crappie filets). Aluminum serving trays, fryer (it's small), and peanut oil.
Danny ("D") - Vegetable soup for Thursday, pecan pies, all the necessary dinnerware with paper towels. Rice for etouffee and for whatever. Tamales?
RMgeorge - Smoked ribs that he does in a Masterbuilt smoker on the porch of his cabin, six gallon fryer with oil, baked beans, and Zatarains fry mix.
Deacon - Crackers, corn muffins, cheese, sour cream, and French bread for Thursday evening. Fryer and oil. More to follow.
Pepop - WORLD FAMOUS CARROT CAKE, deer chili with crackers, fryer and oil.
Smallaxe Allen - Fryer with oil, French fries and onion rings. Also some craft beer to share (). Go ahead and bring some trout Allen - some folks will probably like that, something different.
Jigman_09 - Corn casserole (spoon bread) for Thursday night. Jalapeņo hush puppies for Saturdays' fish fry, tater sauce, ketchup etc. for fish fry. Still working on Friday and deserts.
Shadow - 3 gallons of shrimp
    Fishervet - fish

Lord willing and the creeks don't rise too much, we will bring taters from the "frozen tater isle" cause I ain't peelin' or slicin' no more taters.
We are camping out in our RV since we don't have a home no more. In the process of purchasing a couple of acres to build a new home on
and finally getting that paper work done. Hopefully next month (February), we will start the building process and just know we will probably
have a conflict with scheduling some of the work with this trip..................but, we still plan on making this trip to Toledo Bend.

If y'all want fresh cut fries I can bring my french fry cutter which would make short work of a whole batch of tators and do it very safely. In fact suppose I just plan to bring fresh tators and the cutter.

When we arrive, we can take up some slack for anything we may need to put the finishing touches on these meals.

Does everyone pretty much head home on Sunday, mid day? Has anyone thought of maybe a Sunday morning breakfast? A farewell of sorts. Something simple like biscuit's & sausage gravy? Not that I'm volunteering mind you but I read earlier that there weren't any organized breakfast's during the G2G. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! LOL!
