Never cared for the red eye gravy.At work you could bring anything to eat, put it on the table and it wouldn't last. Except the one time someone brought one of those salty hams. We just couldn't eat it. Can't believe you don't eat andouille Bruce.How about tasso? We like tasso and andouille with our cabbage. And beets and cornbread, yum yum. We also season red or white beans with those.
