I think the color is good, with the possible exception of areas in the Broad River, but I haven't been either so I don't know what the catching is like...
Remember....Good Things Come to Those Who Bait......
a friend of mine fished the upper end yesterday and caught a lot of white perch. Didn't ask about the water temp but he said the water felt really cold when the only boat they saw came down the lake and ran completely over their boat and threw them in the lake,
They are ok. I cant say the same about the boat. It was a very close call. I cannot say a whole lot about it right now
sounds like the way it used to be on Murray when stripers was running
heck I got hit twice by the same boat the same day===
after a promise that his boat would sink with him in the
floor laying real still if he even got close was all it took for him to stay back.
saying that == I do hope your friends are and will be fine
Fish tremble at the sound of my name
Man. That's nuttz!! I almost got plowed at Murray back in the 90's when the striper were schooling. Upper end of clarks hill looked almost like it was turning over. Color wasn't bad but bubbles everywhere. Trying mid lake tomorrow.
