Thread: Cold Water Safety

I am glad your fishing buddy is ok. Our grandkids always wear a good PFD. Busted, Papaw and Nanny don't, but we just made a new years resolution in November, and will start wearing one, especially in the winter.

In winter I wear a Sterns Flote Coat. It's flexable, pretty warm and serves as a type III life preserver. They're about $200 new (still cheap for what it does) but you can find them used on Ebay. I bought another one in good condition for $50 there.
