Can you tell us how you skin them cats? And maybe a tip or two on how you cook em.

Like the old saying goes, "there's more than one way to skin a cat". The easiest way I've skint one was the the fan belt in my brothers truck. It's also the messiest way.

They cook us real good, almost like possum but leaner. That is unless you have a "fatcat"
