    Default Crappie nets

I see lots of people using crappie nets with long poles. I see some Eco nets that go to 80 inches for about 50 bucks. Is that the right one ?

If your fishing two people in the boat that big long net he sells is a good net. If you fish a lot by yourself the EGO reach is your best bet in rubber. Light enough you can manuver it in one hand wile handling a long pole in the other. Grizzly Jig best place to buy.

That Ego is a wimp compared to the Crappie Master Net but the CM is a 2 man operation, it extends to almost 14ft including the hoop on the net. Super guide net for sure and doubles as one heck of a push pole when needed. Fishing alone I don't use a net period so I don't have one of the lighter ones.

If you were guiding and had to reach out in front of your clients, the long net is a must. With one or two people you don't need the hassle of that long net.

I drilled extra holes in mine, only had it half extended today and had no trouble reaching over netting fish.
