    Yes they are. And they come in about 8-9 different colors. And can make any color you want

    They are soaking in the scent in the bag so if they dry out you can put them back in for more scent.

    The only place that I know about is with the guy that makes them in Lafayette at OCR. He might mail you some. ranger-go-getter would know more about that.

    Depends when you want them. I work for Uhaul and go up to lakecharles about 3-4 times a year. Or I might be able to find someone to bring them. If nothing else pm me your address and what colors. You would like. I will
