Seriously, we can get enough people to help peel them at TB. Meet in the pavillion after Thursday night Mexican meal. And I come from a long line of shrimpers. My father commercial shrimped. My Mom peeled them at a processing dock. My BIL and brother both had shrimp boats. I have gone shrimping many times, and as a kid I too would catch a bushel full with a cast net. I can head or peel shrimp pretty good. Need me to do the gallon at D'arbonne, bring it on.

Sounds good Danny, I will do that at TB. As far as Darbonne, I figure there will be alot of us sitting around telling lies Thursday night and we can get them peeled then. Besides BigJohn and his fishing wife already said they would help! Sorry couldn't help myself Doc!

Sounds like "D" needs to bring his whole family to peel while we sit around and lie.

Danny's right Dwayne, bring them to Toledo Bend unpeeled. We'll take care of it.

hey, you my paw paw. Mae said she's in. How do you freeze them. We use zip locks, so I got in the habit of pinching off the tail and head at the same time. Keeps them from poking through the bag.

"D" that's the way I did them for years until I got some small pint and pint and a half plastic square containers with lids. No mo holes to worry about and they stack to nice and neat. If the cover is pushed up by the freezing water the shrimp are still covered with water and so no freezer burn happens. Those ziplocks can inflict a painful wound if they slide off the shelf and the corner hits you on the foot.
