Hey Dwyne, just bring them unpeeled to TB. We will have a little peeling party Thursday night. That's how we would do it at work.

Seriously, we can get enough people to help peel them at TB. Meet in the pavillion after Thursday night Mexican meal. And I come from a long line of shrimpers. My father commercial shrimped. My Mom peeled them at a processing dock. My BIL and brother both had shrimp boats. I have gone shrimping many times, and as a kid I too would catch a bushel full with a cast net. I can head or peel shrimp pretty good. Need me to do the gallon at D'arbonne, bring it on.

Danny's right Dwayne, bring them to Toledo Bend unpeeled. We'll take care of it.

"D" that's the way I did them for years until I got some small pint and pint and a half plastic square containers with lids. No mo holes to worry about and they stack to nice and neat. If the cover is pushed up by the freezing water the shrimp are still covered with water and so no freezer burn happens. Those ziplocks can inflict a painful wound if they slide off the shelf and the corner hits you on the foot.
