In the past I have had good luck catching crappie off the brush piles in the northeast portion of the lake, between the damn and the deep bank

No need to wait for some gps coords of deep brush at brewer. Go to AGFC.com and click on the little rotating button that says "interactive map." Zoom into lake Brewer and all the brush piles the AGFC placed are available. The map takes some tinkering with, but it has fish attractors for the entire state.Originally Posted by Lester547

My buddy/ crappie teacher called an audible this morning and we went to the white river around desarc. Bite was slow, but nearly every bite was a solid keeper caught bout 20, keep 13-14. And I learned alot.
