It will but if sensitivity is up too high it shows a lot of clutter and trash and tends to cover fish up.....thats what I found on mine anyway. Mine shows the fish pics with a depth number for each fish. With the fish ID off it shows the fish as arches. I like fish ID myself.....some people like the arches better.

I use mine at the factory settings and it shows fish/bait balls....maybe go back to all default settings and go from there.....I keep trying to remember to adjust the settings...just that when I get on the water the excitement makes me ......CRAZY....just sayin.

Haven't really changed much in the settings. But I'll try that next. If that don't work I guess I'm have to send it in

I have the Navionics HotMaps Premuim, it's compatible with the Helix 5, I think the only one that is not compatible is the HotMaps Platinum which shows satellite view.

Perch Jerking, not trying to be a smart a$$ but you must be over fish for them to show up. When traveling down the canals I fish, very seldom do I see fish. The reason is most of the fish are near cover and that means next to the bank. Other than that try to find someone near you that has one of a similar one that might help you or maybe on the water next to another boat to see if they are marking fish.
