    I've got to agree Scott, Henderson has some beautiful scenery. I wish I lived closer to enjoy it often.

    Some if the most beautiful sunsets in all the world routinely take place in Henderson....

    Pictures like that remind me of a poem I wrote for a contest a while back. It didn't win but I think it is a good description of what we have in South Louisiana.

    Boudin, crawfish, sauce piquant, gumbo,
    Sac au lait, chinquapin, choupic, buffalo,
    Courtbouillion, jambalaya, fried pig fat,
    Cajun, Creole, Indian, and Yat,
    Chank a Chank, Dixieland, Swamp Pop, Zydeco,
    Festivals, church fairs, and fais do-do,
    One place in the world to get all that,
    South Louisiana is where its at.
