Default Trying out my new Masterbuilt dual burner !

I picked this up the other day at TSC on clearance for $55 so I thought I would try it out before I brought it to camp. I blackened some tuna steak and sautéed some scallops. I think this dog will HUNT !!!

Looks good. I caught Tuna for the first time this year in Oregon. (usually just salmon and crab). I canned a lot of it but I have some steaks too. How do you prepare the blackened tuna?

I do it the same way I do my blackened crappie (real butter, tony's cacheries & a very hot skillet ) you just cook it a minuet or two longer then I plate it and cover it with foil so it will cook a little more but you want it to look like a medium rare steak when you cut into it. It will have the flavor of a charred steak from the grill !!

    Looking good.
Leave it set up at your site next weekend and have everyone use/sample it.

I've got to have one of those cookers. Thanks for sharing.
