On behalf of all law enforcement I want to say thank you to everyone who supports us. The kind words are very much appreciated. The funeral for Trooper Ponder was truly amazing. It is also something that I never hope to witness again. Some of our wives put on a Police Appreciation Day today. Blue ribbons with the 91 Officers killed in the line of duty were tied to the trees in our Central Park. It was nice to see the support of our community.
