Tim doing well. Sounds like you are to with a new rig! I am not sure about combining we talked about it in the past but liability took over and never happened. Go to contact us page on scc website and talk to the pres. I am not an eboard member. I am shocked that both the idnr and clinton lake office didnt tell us to find a new date when the tournament director got the forms signed?

I suspect they are more concerned with quantity. Stick the Crappie guys together. In the past we could launch from Mascautin before Memorial Day and after Labor day. I know they have a policy about tournaments launching from Mascautin, but thought it was only enforced between the end points of summer season. Typically the bass guys launch from the Marina.

I suspect we deal with liability differently. You sign a wavier and HOI Crappie Club is NOT responsible for anything. You fish of your own free will, you have an accident, its all your responsibility. I suspect you have insurance and a whole bunch of other legal requirements that go along with being a Not for Profit organization. We got none of that. We get together to fish and talk about fishing. If you all want to fish with us, no problem. All of our tournaments are open to the public, no membership required. Throw your money in the hat, sign the waiver, pass the live-well inspection and your good to go. I will have registration, rules and regulations forms at the ramp, or you can download them from Larrysfishinghole.com. Check the local tournaments section on the left side of the page. $30 per team (covers both days), $10 Big Fish pot per day (optional). 100% payout at the end of the tournament. Big Fish paid out each day.
IF you call me, leave a message. I don't answer the phone when I don't recognize the phone number, and if you don't leave a message I won't return the call. Or IM me. Contact info on the registration form.

I use to fish in a green carp club years ago and we use to have a open tournament and had everyone sigh a waiver about not being liable and we had an attorney tell us that it was worth less than the piece of paper that it was written on. If there is any type of negligence on the clubs part they are still going to come back on you.

I had my attorneys write the waiver.
I can tell you more about it at the fall camp.
