    Default 7/4-7/5 Cypress

Had a good time both days til the weather blew me off the lake. The majority of the fish were laying right on the bottom.... So close you could not distinguish them from the bottom
This is the color that produced best

My depth finder was showing a thermocline at about 12ft I fished for awhile at or above that level with no results...then dropped to bottom and started hooking up

Nice catch. Maybe they were too wasted from celebrating the 4th to bother with staying above the thermocline.

All rods are on side of boat in about 6 foot section between front and rear seat

I Don't know if you can see in the pic.... but all rods on side ...the front two rods on each side are pushers and next 4 are pullers

Nice catch and an excellent selection of crank baits. I bet you load up on the catfish with the orange and pink ones. I do at least. The thermocline you speak of has some "hype" to it, at least to some fishermen who write a dissertation about the subject. Apparently you know what it takes, and that works. Very nice once again, thanks for posting.
