    Steve made an awesome fishing rod rack awhile back.

    Instead of a fishing rod as a prize for the fall event, maybe you can get on his good side and get him to make one of those instead?
    Besides, I really need one and might be compelled to try and win it!!!

    not going to be able to make it, I will be in Colorado chasing elk with my muzzle loader.
    hope it turns out as good as the spring event!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Elk fills the freezer a little quicker than Crappie!!

    It should be noted that for those who use mapping applications like google maps and bing maps, the current satellite images are NOT correct since they remodeled. That becomes pretty obvious when you compare the DNR campground layout with the satellite images. Here's the pics that I posted before, and the reservation site gives some good ones too.

    pretty sure this will be my last elk hunt, am not as young as I once was
    I am ready to retire full time to my ranger boat!!!
    Colorado requires open sights for muzzleloaders , I am not sure I can even see my sights now!! I think a trip to the eye dr is in order.................
