I'd love to see this, or even some enforcement of existing rules.

Just kind of like my grand dad taught me to back a 4 wheel wagon with a tractor. He said son anyone can pull one and act like they know what their doin. But only a good hand can back one. I was lucky I learned to back trailers and wagons with a tractor that didn't have power steering. By the time I got my license I could back a bumper hitch or a gooseneck trailer. Each trailer backs different depending on the number of axles and or if its a bumper or gooseneck trailer.

I personally was very disappointed when we purchased our boat new about anything being said about safety. It was here it is let us hook you up and have fun at the lake! Thank goodness I had owned a little boat before plus I had a couple of friends take the time and explain the total workings of a boat years ago.

The deal is - It is a learning experience. It's not a "license" and it's not a "test", and it's not just an inconvenience designed to cause a hassle.
It is a certification the person involved went through the educational materials provided to learn the information needed to safely operate a water craft, which includes a boat.
And it is one of the best things the state of MO has done in some time. Should be MANDATORY for any person to operate a water craft on LOZ or The Rock. And Stockton is getting there.
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
