I purchased it from Rogers sporting goods in liberty, mo.

The card was the great plains region.

depth highlight range i mentioned is right above it...
Why on earth wouldn't they adjust the software to match normal pool?

Thanks for the link. I actually went to a free seminar he put on, he was more interested in selling humminbird, Minn kota, and lake master products. I however learned a lot by watching his YouTube videos.

yeah.... i asked a guy at LM and he didnt have a good answer. but once i got my head around it, i figured out it doesn't matter what pool is,...as long as your contour and an actual depth are the same, u r set go fish.

I've been on LOZ a few times with it and it's within inches.
pretty sure the reason it is so close is that the lOZ fluctuates so little....so when they mapped the lake it was close and stays close...Truman can fluctuate wildly...when the lake is about 15 feet high above pool , your unit will be within inches without making adjustments. I think Truman was mapped at 718 or something like that...

This is right on. I make this adjustment if needed each trip as I idle out to no wake buoy. Just go to map screen and idle over depth change while moving offset up or down so the depth matches the contour. It sounds like a hassle but sure beats other map cards where there is no way to adjust for high or low lake levels.

This is awesome information! Thanks everyone. I am about to purchase a Lake Master Map for my new 999SI and this will certainly help me to set it up correctly
