Words cannot express the deep feeling of loss I feel when people tell me about losing their loved ones,,, I too suffered not only losing my wife when I was 37 to juvenile diabetes, but my stepson who I raised a few years later to some strange throat infection he contracted. Yours and my situation are very similar Cray,,, We hadn't talked in years due to his biological dad didn't allow contact and when He became of age 18 he finally contacted me and we started to just talk some,,, a few years later he suddenly died due to that throat infection when He was merely 27 years of age,, So I had lost my wife and my son within 10 years of each other,,, so mAny thoughts and feelings of blame I had running threw my head...Only time and God can heal your heart my friend,, So draw near to God and He will draw near to you is my only words IL can truely give that helped me through my time of healing,,,, But you'll always have your son in your heart and between His love and Gods love, You will make it til you see him once again one day,,, God Bless you my friend,,,My heart and prayers go out to you,,,, andy

I am so sorry, Cray. But what a blessing that the two of you had enough time to reconcile and begin rebuilding the bonds. I know you will cherish those parting words forever.

Sorry for your loss. May Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ watch over you. I also lost a son at age 35.
