I spent all day on the Eno on Tuesday. Bite was real slow. Nothing but small males. Fished up to the Little River and back to the ramp. Next week -- maybe !!!

Was at Penny Bends around noon and fish around the pool with only one small male. Talked to some guys and they caught their limit walking way pass the railroad track. All in all, bites were not good at all, maybe bc water level is down a bit.

Thinking about trying it out tomorrow morning. Think it would be worth the trip up there?

    Default Eno River White Bass

Caught these today in the flat river. All on top water. I only managed 5 good keepers. I caught around 40 or so. It's been like this for about a week. Hopefully we have a few more weeks.

Sorry for the late post but on Thurs of last week, I had a great day at Pennys' Bend. Left them biting took home 15 nice ones, they were huge males, only one female out the bunch. Caught on 1/8th white roostertail, had one destroy the drag in my Shimano 1000FB, I truly loved that reel. But that is how it goes when you latch into a big boy.
