if they can find that hump from what you posted they probably know the lake pretty well already

crappie boy needs to go catch a bunch and post details then go to the lake to launch only to find no parking spots. Then first one in walks up and when asked how was fishing and the guy says not good but Nimrod and Xring been killing them . Not even knowing who he was talking to. If you give tips , tactics and lure tips that's all can be expected . I have folks contact me to ask about guide trips but really only wanting information. You think fishermen can be secretive talk to Deer and Turkey hunters !

Great catch and good post & report Fosh...ConGrat's on your 30 fish limit also. The Big D is an amazing place with crappie all over it's 37,000 acres. Maybe one day we can go fishing, and I hope to meet you and your wife at the weigh-Ins this Sat if you can make it..
