As it turned out I will be hosting a veteran and his brother in my boat. Hope the rain will hold off and we can find some fish.

What's water temps been lately? I'm hoping to come down for my first trip ever on the lake and it's a 6hr+ drive from home. So I want to time it right.

Is water rising going to shut them off?

Figures.....I make it down there for dinner only and without a boat to fish from.
I'm 6hrs away and was visiting family. Water looked pretty muddy to me.

Maybe I can get back down there in a few weeks and stay at the State Park cabins. Would be a fun trip!
