Updated list, I added in an approximate number next to the name so we may get some sort of headcount:

Tracker (+1) - crawfish etouffee, alligator, fries/hush puppies, green bean casserole for Saturday (Ann says we need something green), fryer and oil
Deacon (+1) - eggplant for frying, crawfish over angel pasta, fryer and oil
Danny (+1) - 2 pecan pies, rice for my etouffee and Bruce's gumbo, Frank's tamales, chili for tamales, bagged fillets.
    Fishervet - chips and dip
    RMgeorge (+1) - smoked ribs
    Chucktx - jalapeno squares
Chucktx partner Bill - potato salad
    Shadow (+3) - shrimp
    G (+2) - paper towels
fishfried (+3-4) - cooler of drinks, 4 pies, gallon of fillets
prefers shiners (+1) - paper plates, aluminum serving trays, spiral sliced ham, gumbo
Snake River(+1) - napkins and bags of peanuts
Prowler (+3) - slow cooked pulled deer barbeque and buns
Papa gene (+1) - Bread pudding, potato stew with sausage
Skip (+1) - home made tarter sauce and red sauce for the fried items

Excellent fellas! I'll have ketchup, Tony's, tarter sauce, malt vinegar (love the malt vinegar on gator), name tags, and small sipping cups for the cellos for you fellas to try before taking one home. Also the signs and banner.

We're going to need at least another fryer (or two) to keep things moving along nicely for Saturday evening. Only two right now - me and Deacon. Help us out fellas, thanks.

Thanks George, that will help a lot. In that manner, everything is done quickly and is still hot. Thanks.

Tracker123, I picked up a couple of gallons of tea to bring. I can get some ice, but we may not need it. LOL. Seriously, if there is anything you can think of that we need for Friday night give me a call at 318-355-5743.

The venison bar-b-que is cooking away.... and the wife has hinted around that we may have to bring a little something else as well...

Looking forward to seeing everyone this evening, We will be leaving home around 4pm or so (got to wait for the little one's to get out of school) and then should be up there around 6pm or so.
