Randy, we have enough cups, bowls, desert plates, and plastic ware. We could use one pack of large plates and napkins/paper towels. And some aluminum trays for serving the fish. Any one that wants to bring some of this, pipe in.

Updated list, I added in an approximate number next to the name so we may get some sort of headcount:

Tracker (+1) - crawfish etouffee, alligator, bread pudding, fryer
Deacon (+1) - eggplant for frying, something for Friday, fryer
    TonyKarter (+1) - smoked boudin
    Danny (+1) - 2 pecan pies, rice, Frank's tamales
    Fishervet - chips and dip
    RMgeorge (+1) - smoked ribs
    Chucktx - jalapeno squares
Chucktx partner Bill - potato salad
    Shadow (+3) - shrimp
Freebird - coconut pies, jambalaya, fryer
    G (+2) - fries and paper towels
fishfried (+3-4) - cooler of drinks, 4 pies, gallon of fillets
prefers shiners (+1) - paper plates and aluminum serving trays
Snake River(+1) - napkins and bags of peanuts.

A jambalaya or gumbo would be nice in this mix along with some hush puppies . Thanks fellas, getting close.

I'm really looking forward to the good eats, although I'm allergic to shellfish. Lol I'm sure there will be plenty I can eat though. I'll just ask before I bite. Lol

My wife is too, but there is always plenty for her to eat. You may have to save some leftovers from Friday night for Saturday night.
