we could use some "silver minnows " been using them since my early years of watching the early shows of " fishing with Virgil Ward " . You old timers will remember it came on right before Curt Gowdy's " the American sportsman . "

We need Johnson as a sponsor because I remember fishing with my dad's Johnson gear and catching fish when I was a kid. My dad is gone but I still use his Johnson tackle once in awhile to remind me of him. It still works as good as ever. I just don't want to loose none of it overboard. That would be a bummer. Come on board Johnson you make good gear.

Thought i'd look see what i have in my collection from Johnson company. Didn't have to look far as we still use these rods and reels. Bought them for me and the grandson around 15 to 20 years ago. Most people think they're baitcasters but they're spincasters. The looks i received from guys watching my little grandson casting these setups was hilarious. They wondered how long it took him to master that baitcast reel.
