Default Putting up the waders and looking for a boat

Fishing at Wildcat Brake, I have seen several different guys in a small, metal boats, and yeah, I should've asked one of them. When I was seeing them, I had no interest in them, but now that I do, I cannot find a picture of one.

The boats look like a real boat. They are big enough for one man. Most guys I saw in them used two short-handled paddles for traversing longer distances and then dropped one when it was time to fish. I did see one guy with a trolling motor rigged up on his.

Anybody got any idea what I'm talking about? I wish I had a picture to help explain it. Anybody got any idea where I might go to find what these things are and what they might cost?

See them in spring around all the lakes. They are custom jobs. I'm sure someone on here can hook you up.

Sardis used to be covered up with them back when they kept water in the coves in the spring. Not so much anymore. Most of the one's I saw were homemade type rigs and cool. Always wanted one myself. Here's the pintail Facebook,
