    Default Ivan today

Amy and I left the house this morning around 11:00 am to go fishing. Had to go by Wally World in Springhill to get her some Louisiana fishing license, hers had expired. We were planning on going to Dorchete at Coxes Landing below Shongaloo but with the recent rain it looked too muddy so we went to Ivan Lake. First time either of us had been there. We caught almost 50 in about 4 hours, not too bad.

Jigs "G", I very seldom use shiners. Today the color was John Deer green.

Not too bad you say, I say that's a great day on the water. It's nice to share days like that with a favorite partner.

It's a small lake just 4.5 miles west of Cotton Valley, Louisiana. Come on up.
