    Default Conecuh sausage

I have read post about how good these products are here at c.c. I was at walmart in OB looking for some sausage for red beans and rice and bought the Conecuh. Towards the end of the beans getting ready I sliced, browned a crisp on the sausage. After mashing some beans I added the sausage and left the crock pot on low for an hour longer.

These were the best red beans and it is because the Conecuh Sausage smoky flavor finished the seasoning perfectly.

    Thanks for the info guys.

I've been using the Conecuh sausage for years, best I've tried. The smaller size, packed in sheep casings, is my favorite.

It comes in several variations....I like the Original....the Cajun style is really spicy if you like that.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
