    I have them both and I just like the 15's better and I have never used the thumb bar...........so??? flip a coin lol

    Good move. The 20 is by far the better built reel for the same money. The line won't jump over the end of the spool as bad as it does on the 15's. Weight and width doesn't matter because they are so close plus your not holding them all day like you do when jigging.

    The 20's have better retrieving torque.
