    I would soak them in muriatic acid then rinse with amonia/water solution to nuetralize the acid then rinse in baking soda water and dip in liquid gun blue

    There is a story about this...

    Two hog farmers were talking about prices. The local farmer said those hogs will bring 50cents a pound on the hoof here in Arkansas, the other said yeah man, but in Omaha they are getting 52 cents a lb on the hoof. The first farmer said "that may be true, but what about the time to get those hogs up to Omaha"? The second replied, "whats time to a hog?"

    Unless your time is worthless, just pitch and get a new jig to go fish with.

    D10 try putting the jig heads in a glass of Coke Cola for about five minutes and see what happens, you might be surprised.
