If the holes don't line up, you can just drill new holes in the base of the trolling motor.
Make a paper template of where the holes are in the old motor place, place template on base of new motor and drill away.
Word of caution. Make sure that you do not flip the template over when placing on new motor base.
Like they say MEASURE TWICE, CUT ONCE.

Rod holders and rod racks are made by a CDC member at Hi-Tekstuff.com. Scott (callshy) and his Dad do all the work. I have the holders and several of my club brothers have the racks, all happy. The extreme version works best for trolling and all around versatility.
