    Thanks to everyone for the suggestions of trying the Oklahoma (N. Canadian) River and Crystal lake around Meridian. Haven't been yet. Tried to fish the river below the Eastern Ave. dam and caught nothing. Was using worms and targeting channel cats

    The eastern damn is only good after a rain or whever the water has risen and fallen , there will be lots of fish trapped in the area behind the damn . If you ever travel that area you will notice quite a few people there at those particular times , there will several fish of all kinds and sizes

    The eastern damn is only good after a rain or whenver the water has risen and fallen , there will be lots of fish trapped in the area behind the damn . If you ever travel that area you will notice quite a few people there at those particular times , there will several fish of all kinds and sizes . I've seen them caught on almost any baits and that's normally when the game wardens will be watching for people snagging game fish .
