Looking at the fish in your pictures I dont think its that hard to narrow down areas where you catch fish that tall. I was on my phone and couldnt see the pictures. That being said I will agree with you that you can catch em on jigs in these areas currently

Yesterday was one of the best days fishing we had for the last week. We hit on spot and in 20 min. we were done with our limits. Still swimming our jig over deep brush and they our hammering it. Some hits will come on the fall so be on your toes after your cast. Water temps. 68 early morning.

Hey Ken was good talking to you at the boat ramp at lake xxx last night. We found em and caught equal amounts on jigs and minnows (not trying to start a debate with anyone just saying). One spot we couldn't catch an under but had our overs in about 40 mins. I really like that Ranger boat it looks like one I had spotted in Indiana but was sold before I could get to it. Looking forward to seeing ya again on the lake maybe have a cup of coffee and talk fishing.

Nice meeting you to.. It's nice to put a face to someone name on here. I'm glad you did well that day. I will keep my eyes open for a boat if your still in the market. They stop making that model of Ranger the year after I bought mine. I believe they have started making them again. If you see a used 118 you better ponce because it won't last long.

I really like my Lowe 170W I have a 90 Merc. on it. It is very comparable to your boat maybe not as wide as yours

We caught this piglet on a blue and pearl 3/16 oz. head in about 15 foot of water. The fall bite is still going strong but you have to move a lot more than you did a week ago. It is going to cool back off this weekend so it should be great fishing from here on out.
