Thread: underwater crappie video!!

Enjoyed every minute of that very educational video. Those boys did not appear to be line watchers but maybe my own reactions look that slow on underwater video! Shows you how often they mouth it around and we never feel a thing tho. I think every once in a while I will just randomly set the hook- just in case.

Great video, very eye opening. The fish that bites at the 6:50 mark is very telling, it waits until the jig has stopped moving and then just mouths it.

Cool video, made me realize how I catch some outside their mouths sometimes. The way they sit and stare at it forever, then just nibble at it, its no wonder why you might catch one in the body sometimes after they nibble on it.

Exactly W- they drove me crazy the way they would just stare at that jig like it was ESPN. Am I the only one who literally out loud ( but quietly- my wife doesn't realize I'm crazy yet) said " bite it / hit it !" And then a little louder to the guys in the boat or on the ice whatever " set the hook - dang it!" Uh oh- I'm the only one who's gonna admit that aren't i?

Very insightful video. Now I know there really have been fish down there, just eyeballing my jigs.
