Default had my behind handed to me

I fished the MCC this past Saturday on Wolf Lake in beautiful Yazoo City, Ms. I have a good partner and we weill do better. Got a lot of help from Meatgetter so I "Thjank" him for that. I will tell you one big thing that I learned. Fishing a tournament is totally different that pleasure fishing but a lot of fun too. I met a lot of good people and talked to a lot of good folks.

I kind of figured it would be different, but fun. Glad to hear it. You'll get it figured out. What did you wind up doing on getting two seats up front?

Our tournament experience was about the same. It is a whole different thing than pleasure fishing. Gotta respect the people that can come up with a big stringer on demand.

Stick with it, will make you better fisherman. All you can do is bring your best stringer to the weigh-in and see where it falls. I have and do learn a lot fishing tourneys, cant let it get under your skin. Its fun to see someone with a big stringer come to the scales, more fun when its you but either way fun!!! Have fun with it and learn a ton along the way.
PS: When it ceases to be fun I will quit, lifes too short to be uptite over a fish.

If you want to be successful in tournament fishing, you need a few extra tools. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410574692.182933.jpg

Just don't get caught using those spyglasses to watch boats prefishing the Crappiemasters tourneys. It ain't considered sporting...and is pro-hib-ited....I know of somebody that was seen usin'um on the last Washington qualifier......just sayin'. Don't want to see anyone get disqualed.

I do need some tips for down there, but not on the tournament lakes. We certainly would like to catch some fish somewhere down there and if there was decent fishing somewhere else, we would prefish there. Come tournament day, we are gonna go fishing just like we always do, and if we can help it at all, it ain't gonna be where it is crowded. It would tickle me to death to catch a mess of 10 or 11 inchers.
