    He told me seven hours "low and slow".

    I told him most my warm meals take less than seven minutes, in the microwave!

    I need to start taking pictures of what comes out of my smoker. I used to frequent another meat smoking forum, and regularly posted "Q-View" pics. I'm sure we all have some good insight on the matter.
