Smoker cooking

He told me seven hours "low and slow".

I told him most my warm meals take less than seven minutes, in the microwave!

Well, thats about as good as it gets in our house cause it's mostly DIY, although wifey does grill on the weekends. And I'd have to agree, most the meals I've had down river have been twice as good as food I've had here or up river for that matter. I need to start taking pictures of what comes out of my smoker. I used to frequent another meat smoking forum, and regularly posted "Q-View" pics. I'm sure we all have some good insight on the matter.
