Cooked bacon wrapped grilled shrimp, pastalaya, shrimp fritters and made a romalaide sauce for the State game. Then picked a 5 gallon bucket of possum grapes and after it was all said and done, it made 12 1/2 pints and 3 pints of Jelly. Can't wait to try that and hope it's as good as I remember my moms being. Oh one last thing GO STATE!!!!

Roasted gabonzo beans. Bought a couple cans, then rinsed n drained them. Got them real dry and put in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. I mixed a couple table spoons each of olive oil and Cajun spice mix and coated them good and back in oven for 15 minutes. They were awesome
