    I got two bags of it Tuesday to take to fall camp ......My wife and I went on a adventure....wound up in Kemper Co. and found Sciples Mill after driving on all the log roads in the county lol....got some good bread at the Old Country Bakery in Brooksville also

    Those fillets look like they are perfectly cooked, 'course you've had just a little practice. That cornmeal seasoning is spot-on, all you have to do is salt to your taste.

    G, if your into reading, their is a book called "Bloody Kemper" that is a true and very interesting read about that part of the country from a few generations ago. I know several descendants of some of the main characters.
