There's always a piece that just looks lol it's vixen to fall off lol. Just remember when you get it pulled to add some apple cidar vinegar, more spice rub and either brown sugar or I actually add some honey to mine. Yummy

The best ones I have cooked on my smoker were two that I cooked and took to spring camp, they were suppose to come off the smoker about midnight and I fell asleep, had the timer set to go off at midnight, they set in there until they were good and cool and I woke about 6 the next moring and could hardly get em off the smoker they were so tender.

Done that before n got lucky but forgot about a couple of smoked fatties one time n the were harder than Ellie Mays Biscuits lol

this one wont make it that long, not very patient anyway and today aint no better, in about 45 minutes the foil is coming off this one and we gonna eat some of it.
