    Whoa! Excellent my friend, very good. Next time try it with Steen's cane syrup instead of the brown sugar. Beans look super, mercy.

    Looks great G, glad to see ya enjoying that smoker, James the St. Louis are actually the best part cut from spare ribs, I like them but ya gotta cook em just a little longer than baby backs

    I have used Corkys before its good stuff.....My favorite is Shady Nook.....Made in MS. But its hard to find. I may search and see if they have a website and see if I can order a case.

    Awesome cook G!!! If you've never done it before try smoking some Mac and Cheese in that Masterbuilt. I did a 3 cheese Mac and Cheese with cubes of ham mixed in, it was the best I ever had eaten.
