Appreciate all the replies as well as info guys. This is such a great community of fishermen. Got the bearings out today. Taking wheels in tomorrow for new tires (wanted another couple coats on the wheels first), grabbing seals and bearings tomorrow (truck trailer hitch is where I've always gone also), Spark Plugs didn't look too bad but I'm gonna grab some new ones anyways so they are fresh. Grabbing a 3 bank charger tomorrow when I hit bass pro on the way home. Probably going to grab a 5 or 6 amp per bank one I think unless someone recommends something else. Bass Pro does carry the Lake Master I need (I'd order from BB&G but I'm trying to launch for the first time Friday). My father is going to help out and get everything registered for me tomorrow while I'm at work. Going to stop in and see Jared Friday at 7 to pick up a 10'' dipping pole. Still a lot to get done in the next two days, not going to rush it. If I have to wait to do it right I will

Will do on the impeller. Plan to have the engine go through and serviced/looked over. When we hooked up the muffs a pretty solid stream of water was shooting out. I take it this means it is working? Plan to have it replaced when I drop it off but I'm really itching to take it out this weekend and was hoping to maybe out that off until I've put it in the water once. I don't imagine this is something I could easily do myself?

Lots of videos on line on how to do it. Have to drop the lower unit to do it. Easier for me to just take it in and have it done. Then I know it's done right.

That is the way to buy into boating. Used and then tailor it to your liking. You'll catch just as many fish in that as most of those in rigs that cost 10x that boat's price. I fish out of a paid for 12 year old boat and do okay most of the time and don't flinch when someone spills coffee or I bump that stump or dock harder than I wanted.
See you on the water sooner or later.
-UPDATE-
Got new bearings & seals back today, installing tomorrow.
Registration completed on everything.
3 Bank Charger purchased/installed.
Spare Mounted on trailer.
Got wheels back with new 6 ply tires mounted and balanced.
Got all my safety/required items for boat.
Discovered the cover I got with it is no good (haha).
Got Lake Master Chip for GPS.
Going to launch Friday, most likely bucksaw. Saturday I'm going to drop it off and let a shop go through it & service everything. Going to see how I like the trolling motor it came with, if not I will probably replace it. So much $$$ spent after buying the boat lol.
Sounds like you have got a lot done already. I remember doing all of about the same stuff to my first boat. It was a one owner 1979 Champion with a 90 HP Johnson. Everything was well taken care of but was old. Lots of little thing to replace but is fun picking out the things you get to upgrade. You may call ahead to a couple shops and see what their back log is for their shops. I use Angler's Port but have used Pro Choice and also the shop at Long Shoal with my first couple boats.
