    Default Chaunc on KY Lake


    My buddy Chaunc got back down with his brother this week to sample some bluegill and redear action. He and I got to go out for a few hours on Friday and finally found some good gills. When I say this man is a fishing machine, I mean big time. He wore me out (he normally always does). It was great to meet your brother Kenny and as always, I had a ball.

    Home safe, tired, but happy that i got to fish at least one day with my buddy Doug. The way Doug puts you on the fish, if you cant catch them, you just dont have a pole in your hands. Great spot and a great guide. Thanks for the trip out and looking forward to fishing with more of my KY friends from CDC.
    I'd also like to thank MR DUX and Mike for sending the fish home with me for my nephew's fund raiser fishfry this saturday coming. I know the whole family will appreciate their kind gesture and they too thank you sincerly.

    Kenny, we should have moved 20 yards south of our gill spot. Went in there today with a couple of buddies and absolutely smoked them. Huge gills with several redears. Left with them biting. Cleaned a gallon ziplock bag of fillets (buddies did).

    Couldn't TO find something better than a green carp to take a picture with? Great catch. You have no idea how much I would love to get up there and catch some with you guys.
