    Went with one from the local propane office. It's stainless with two burners and three baskets. There going hard pipe it from my deck to my tank so I don't have to fill bottles. Thnx for the recommendations.

    I have R &V works 2.5 and a 4 gallon. They are great for big crowds. But I honestly think everything taste better when cooked in cast iron pot?? Maybe it's a mental thing??

    Depending on how many people your going to cook for, for a large crowd the Cajun fryer is without a doubt the fastest thing there is, especially the 3 basket one, but, when I cook for just 3 or 4 people I always use my cast iron pot as some of these other guys stated.

    Got it. Just got to cabin and they delivered it but its raining so hard I can't take pictures. I will take some in AM if rain slacks up. They thru in a cover
