Well, I thought of a colonscopy tube DonG. ha. Also thought of you and billbob and a Jimmy Carter peanut crankbait. What a combination of thoughts while I was longlining for my "specs". You all missed a good trip down the drain.

That's too bad.... might try tying a magnet on along with the treble hook, it could help you get close enough to set the hook...make sure the drag is set loose, they might make a run on you..... good luck...

I gotta tell ya that the first thing that came to mind was "and we thought the pictures of you in your skivvies was odd". Glad to hear you got em back. My Dad had false teeth for as long as I can remember, and I have a few stories about those, but this story of glasses is DEFINITELY a first. Good job on your technique.

Good one, thanks for sharing. I almost guarantee you all of have had or know someone who has had an experience they had rather not share. Best way is to handle it just like you did, lay out your cards and laugh at yourself. My buddy used to always head my way when he had done something dumb so he could tell me before anybody else. He didn't want them to get a laugh at his expense.

Under these conditions they usually hold on the PVC structure best.
