    Default Hillsdale 4/25


    Caught 16 keepers in shallow water. Anchored up in 6-10 feet and they were biting just about anything I threw at them towards the bank in 2-4 feet of water. Beetle spins, sliders, twister tails etc. I used several colors, yellow, black/chartreuse, red/white, blue/gold. It was nice to get back out and catch some again!

    Went out the same evening and we didn't catch any keepers just a few dinks at HD point and some cove by a horse trail. Lots of people but just the occasional crappie.

    Congrats on finding them

    Was going to try again this week but it seems the weather is going to turn bad again.
