4/26 - Herington New, Herington Old, Geary, & FISH Pond

Went with the wife and son this morning trying to catch some crappie. We started at Herington New (Reservoir) without even a bite, then went over and tried Herington Lake same results over there, from there we went to a F.I.S.H. pond that is located near Herington once again not even a bite, decided to stop by Geary State Fishing Lake before heading home and still didn't have any luck. Tried several different colors and jig times, different depths. I don't know what we did wrong. Hopefully someone is out there catching fish. I did have a friend tell me he and another guy did pretty decent at Milford after sunset last night though.

Herington is kind of hit and miss with the crappie it seems like when I have went there had a guy tell me the wipers and whites are being caught there along the dam recently.

Spot we tried I saw where someone had thrown 4 crappie over in the grass one was a really nice one. Shame to see them having gone to waste
