Thread: In the Heat of Battle

Russ, I wasn't going to say anything, and hoped to forget it, but Walker and I did same thing only a 10 and couple of 2.5 lb cats all at same time. Had a ball of line that looked like baseball uncovered. Walker cut his line, but I had to go and really slime up the carpet. Had a good time. Going up tomorrow again until next Monday.

HAHA!!! Steve you and Brett are "Crappie War" vets. All you Trawlers better be ready out there this weekend...cos when you hit a good school of strippers, Big Cats or Crappie. Not uncommon to see 4-5 rods bending at once. Throw in a couple snags and some wind hitting you all at the same time and you will know why it's called "Crappie War".

LOL My bet is there will be plenty of Dardanelle Crappie War Vet's this weekend. Them strippers Hit Hard, Fast, and they mean BIZ...when they hit your spider Rig set up. Be ready. LOL
