Bobo, Great News!! Let me know as soon as you can. We have 3 of our 10 spaces left in the full service area. They will need to send a deposit of $21.00 for Seniors or $23.00 for non-Seniors so I can hold a space for them. The deposit is the first night's fee. I will hold them for you as soon as you let me know. I will send details of where to send the deposits......dave

Let me make a suggestion when it comes to drinks. Everyone camping will have their drink of choice already. Those coming need to bring a chest with them already filled with their favorite drinks. Just sayin makes is so much easier.....Ranger

I will also clean any extra fish we need after Saturdays Fun Tournament. So with that said we need to stress before start how many we might need. Depending on weather it shouldn't be really hard to have the fish we need. But we always need a back up plan. Our Crappie.Com Tournament Trail will provide 1 cooker and bottle of gas. We will also provide the scales and leader board for the tournament....I can if need be help frying fish or whatever as usually do but if not needed I would sit back and visit for once. Lol.......Ranger

The drink suggestion sounds good to me. Soom water would probably still be needed. I have a turkey fryer would that work for a fish fryer?

I'd like to toss out a suggestion so as certain people don't end up catering/waiting on everyone else.

I believe everyone who attends should be responsible for their own drinks. Folks should be responsible for all their own food other than the Friday night meal and the Saturday Fry. Everyone should be responsible for their own trash and clean up whatever mess they make.
I used to have a BBQ place and catered to a lot of parties. I've done parties as big as 500 people and it's a heck of a lot of work. Guys that bring their wives, this is more for them and the kids, than for us. So don't expect to put them to work! And US wants to fish and relax, so, K.I.S.S. is the proper acronym for this shindig!

If we don't, we end up trying to do too much and the fun of the moment tends to go away when it becomes a job.

The entire point of this Camp is to have a good time.

    Get it? Got it?

Ranger, I think you have earned a rest from cooking! I can cook or I'm sure there will be someone to do it. Out of all those people, there has to be some cooks!

Reaper, I'm sure it's going to be more a learning experience than we anticipate. Thanks for the input; we need all the help we can get!
