Yes, it is a Capps and Coleman. Don't let the junk I put out full you. Tie a couple hooks/jigs/minnercritters (which work really well) on some string with a weight on the bottom or in the middle, and you will be good to go. After that, it is about fishing. You are trying to catch a fish that has a brain the size of a thimble that has 2 things on it's mind, eating and spawning. Fish eat everyday, cold fronts, warm fronts, rain, snow hail, or volcanoes, even when completely full.It ain't rocket science even though if people can make it seem that way it "makes them look smarter".
However the above being said when you tie remember these things....You gotta tie something that will store good. You gotta tie something that will wrap up on the rod at the end of the day (unless you want to unrig everytime). You gotta tie something that will not tangle everytime you drop it in the water. You gotta tie something that is easy to deal with if you hang. When you tie something like the above, you will catch fish and enjoy doing it.
